All returns must be in original, unwashed, and unaltered condition with tags still attached. Holiday orders must be returned up to two weeks prior to the holiday. Birthday items, pettiskirts, Christening gowns, costumes, and all clearance items are a final sale. In store and online credit is valid for 90 days.
Internet Purchases: Purchases made through our online store may be returned up to 10 days after delivery. All items are non-refundable. To make an exchange or to receive store credit, you may ship your items back at your own expense or you may personally exchange your items in our store. Online store credit is valid for 90 days.
In-store Purchases: Purchases made at our physical location may be returned for store credit or exchange (no refunds) up to 30 days from original purchase. Store credit is valid for 90 days.
